    Get your stretch, stability, and resistance in check with our Powerband Stretch Bands. Stretch Bands are more about stability and less about maximum resistance than traditional Powerbands! They’re able to be used in full lengths for deepening stretches & poses or gripped in reduced lengths for adding resistance, ensuring they versatility is restricted only by your imagination. 

    All Stretch Bands are set in length at 1.5 meters 


    X-Light – 1.5m x 15cm x 0.3mm (Green)

    I am hoping to use them at home but I am struggling to find any information on how to use them. I only see instruction for the latex ones I am hoping that I haven’t purchased the wrong ones
