Domestic Shipping and Delivery Times
Orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday - Friday
We ship Australia wide and aim to deliver your order as promptly as possible. Delivery times vary subject to carrier. Once an order has been passed onto the carrier we have no control over the order.
You will receive an email notification from the carrier with a tracking number and delivery details. Please note, some carriers will require you to sign for your delivery. If you are not available during delivery hours you will be liable to pay any re-delivery or out of hours delivery fees. Currently, most freight services are now operating with contactless delivery as standard.
Should your purchase be deemed as undeliverable and returned to our warehouse, you will be charged with return postage and a 20% restocking fee.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

IF YOUR ADDRESS IS UNATTENDED AT TIME OF DELIVERY
- Standard Delivery - If you have not provided Authority To Leave, your parcel will be transferred to the nearest post office for collection within 7 business days before being returned to sender.
