Works exactly as intended

Very pleased. With this, I can handle almost any resistance band exercise. Looks to be sturdy and good quality.

Not your typical band

Powerbands are very different from the rubber-latex bands I normally use.
Powerbands offer more comfort and less friction on the skin for particular exercises so they have become a staple piece of equipment. There are some minor limitations when comparing Powerbands to rubber-latex but together they make a good combination. I definitely recommend them.
