Three bands. One pack. Every session covered. The Fabric Booty Band Set gives you Light, Medium and Heavy, so you can tone and strengthen your glutes, hips and legs at home, in the park or before class – and feel great doing it.

Why you'll reach for it

A level for every move: Light for warm-ups and control work, Medium for your main sets, Heavy when you're ready to push. Step up when a band starts to feel easy.
Fabric bands: considerably wider and softer on the skin than traditional bands, so they stay comfortable from first rep to last.
Non-slip grip: a non-slip strip on the inside keeps each band in place without rolling or pinching, so you can focus on the move.
Machine washable: all three go straight in the wash.
Great for hip abductors and rotators as well as glutes – warm-ups, control movements and full workouts.
Trusted by Pilates Studios.

Specifications

Light Band: 33cm x 8cm, about 7–11kg of resistance
Medium Band: 38cm x 8cm, about 11–16kg of resistance
Heavy Band: 43cm x 8cm, about 18–23kg of resistance

$49 for all three – less than buying them separately. Free shipping on orders over $99. Add the set to your cart and you'll never wonder which band to grab again.

Great

Great quality and perfect for what I use them for at the gym only two improvements I could make would be have the lighter one be lighter so there’s a bigger difference in the resistance and also marking on the bands how strong they are because I often forget, even though they are colour-coded

Thanks, RedJenner. Both ideas make a lot of sense: a bigger gap between the lighter bands, and the strength marked on each band so you don't have to remember the colours. I've noted both for when we next look at the set. – Michael Clancy

Resistance bands

I give them a five star for quality, but I am still googling how to use some of them, I would love a wall chart to work with, but still early days with working out what exercises I can do with different resistance bands.

This was really good. The three bands provide a good range, and the seller gave me a free gift as well.

Disappointed

This was a waste of money. They are so small I can’t even get them past my calves. Clearly made for size 8 people which I’m not. More information should have been provided

Hi Penny, we're sorry the bands didn't work for you. Our booty bands are designed to be worn just above the knees rather than pulled up from the ankles — stepping into them and pulling up to the knee position is the easiest way to get them on. That said, we understand the sizing concern and appreciate the feedback. We'd love to make this right — we're happy to send you a set of our Fabric 1M Power Bands free of charge as a gesture of goodwill. They offer the same great resistance without the closed-loop sizing constraint, so they'll work for any body type. Reach out to us at info@powerbands.com.au with your shipping address and we'll get them out to you.

Cheers, Michael — POWERBANDS®

Unsuitable for needs

After hip surgery I needed a band to do rehab. The plastic band I had rolled up and was painful so I got these cloth ones. Couldn’t even get past my knees with my reacher tool so could not use and can’t return.

Hi Jen, we're really sorry to hear this — especially during your recovery. Our booty bands are designed to sit just above the knees and do have a snug fit by design, but we understand that's not ideal for your situation post-surgery. For rehab work, our Stretch Bands or lighter Micro Bands are much more suitable as they're open-ended and easier to position. We'd love to send you a set free of charge to support your recovery — just email us at info@powerbands.com.au with your shipping address and we'll get them out to you.
Cheers, Michael — POWERBANDS®
