Unlock your full potential with the Extra Assisted Pull Up Pack from POWERBANDS®. This essential pack is designed for individuals over 80kg who are working towards their first unassisted pull-up or seeking to master muscle-ups.

Why it Works

The pull-up pack provides the perfect scalable progression for both pull-ups and muscle-ups. Simply loop a 1m POWERBAND over your pull-up bar and place your foot or knee inside the band to reduce a portion of your body weight. As your strength grows, your need for assistance will naturally decrease, allowing for continuous improvement.

Included Resistance Bands

  • Medium (Black): 1000mm x 6.5mm (Up to 30kg of assistance)
  • Heavy (Purple): 1000mm x 13mm (Up to 45kg assistance)

Very happy apart from one small tear in the green band

Hi There, love the product and the service, however the green band had a small nick in the side of it, and I'm worried it will fray over time, but apart from that, all good, cheers
