To be honest it is a little easy for me. The extra heavy is better for my glute abductions . But I am an intermediate lifter. The band itself is very well made
Thanks, Anne. That makes sense for an intermediate lifter: the Blue sits one step below the X-Heavy Black, so the Black is the better pick for your glute abductions. The Blue still earns its place for warm-ups, band walks and higher-rep sets, and it's good to hear you rate the build quality. – Michael Clancy
Very tough when doing seated band abductions which is good because I don’t have access to a seated abduction machine
Thanks, Anne. Good to hear the X-Heavy Black is tough enough on seated band abductions to stand in for an abduction machine. That kind of home setup is exactly what the 30cm fabric bands are made for. – Michael Clancy
Really Good quality resistence band, I’d recommend them.
Thanks, Alvaro. Really glad the quality of the 1.5M Stretch Bands stood out, and we appreciate you recommending them. Enjoy putting all three to work in your stretching sessions. – Michael Clancy
Does as advertised. I bought the micro bands for ankle rehab and they work great.
Keep up the great work!
Thanks so much, Dennis. It's good to hear the micro bands have done exactly what you bought them for with your ankle, and we really appreciate the kind words. – Michael Clancy
