Why it Works

The pull-up pack provides the perfect scalable progression for both pull-ups and muscle-ups. Simply loop a 1m POWERBAND over your pull-up bar and place your foot or knee inside the band to reduce a portion of your body weight. As your strength grows, your need for assistance will naturally decrease, allowing for continuous improvement.
