Squat To Row

Start with your feet and shoulder-width apart. Hold the resistance band with both hands. Rest it behind your neck, keeping it secure while you perform the exercise. Squat down until your thighs are parallel to the floor. Then extend your knees, bringing your legs back. Return to the starting position. Repeat until you feel fatigued.

Squat To Press

Stand up straight. Hold the resistance band with both hands behind your back. Bring your arms behind you as if you are hugging it. Bring your hands back to your lower back. Then squat down. Start with knees bent. Then straighten them. Keep your back straight and hold for a second. Bring your arms back to the original position. Repeat until you feel fatigued.

Wall Crawl

Stand up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart. Walk forward until you can touch a wall. Put your hands on the wall. Move your legs back so that your body is at an angle. Take one leg and extend it until it touches the ground. Return to the starting position. Repeat with the other leg.
