How it Works

Scalable Assistance: Simply loop a 1m POWERBAND over the pull-up bar and insert your foot or knee into the band. This de-loads a portion of your bodyweight, making pull-ups and muscle-ups more accessible.

Progressive Training: As your strength increases, you'll naturally reduce the need for assistance, allowing for continuous progression towards unassisted movements.

Stackable Resistance: For additional assistance, multiple Powerbands can be used together on the pull-up bar, providing an extra lift when needed.
