POWERBANDS® Light Blue Booty Band – Light Fabric Glute & Hip Resistance Exercise Band | 33cm x 8cm | Trusted by Pilates Studios

Fifteen minutes, one band, and the lounge room floor. Give it that, and you'll tone and strengthen your glutes, hips and legs and walk away feeling great. The Booty Band – Light (Light Blue) is where you start: enough resistance to switch your glutes on, light enough to nail every rep with good form.

Why you'll reach for it

• Fabric band: wider and softer on the skin than standard resistance bands, so you're thinking about the move, not the band.
• Non-slip grip: a non-slip strip on the inside keeps it where you put it. No rolling, no pinching, no stopping mid-set to fix it.
• Machine washable: sweat on it, throw it in the wash, use it again tomorrow.
• Light level, 33cm x 8cm, about 7–11kg of resistance: ideal for glute bridges, crab walks, clamshells, warm-ups and control work for your hip abductors and rotators.
• Trusted by Pilates Studios.
